Additional Information:
.Each roast level of coffee offers a distinct difference in aroma and flavor, making it suitable for different types of beverages. The roasts are categorized into four levels: 1. Light roast: With a dominant fruity acidity, a sweet aftertaste, and a light body. The aroma has citrus and caramel notes, making it ideal for preparing Americano. 2. Medium roast: A mild acidity with a balanced sweetness, and a heavier body. It’s suitable for both Americano and lattes with fresh milk. The aroma features nutty, caramel, and creamy notes. 3. Medium-dark roast: A dominant bitterness with a slight tang at the end, almost unnoticeable acidity. It has a heavy body, making it perfect for both Americano and milk-based coffee with sweetened condensed milk. The aroma carries notes of brown sugar, caramel, and chocolate. 4. Dark roast: A strong bitterness that lingers with a heavy body. It is ideal for brewing all types of strong, bold coffee. The aroma features dark chocolate notes without any burnt scent, delivering a fragrant, bitter, and intense experience.
.Anaerobic processed coffee: This process involves fermenting raw coffee beans with fruit and natural microorganisms to allow the flavors and aromas of the ingredients to infuse into the beans. When roasted, it retains the natural taste and fragrance of the ingredients without overpowering the coffee’s original flavor. The roasting technique, unique to the roaster, enhances the distinctiveness of the coffee, resulting in a slight acidity that’s not overwhelming, easy to drink, with a long, sweet aftertaste and a fragrant, lingering aroma.
.For drip brewing and espresso machines, we recommend brewing it as an Americano, as its aroma and flavor will be more pronounced than with milk-based drinks. The coffee is freshly roasted to order every day and requires a degassing period of 14-20 days. It can be stored for up to 3 months while retaining its freshness and aroma. No artificial colors or flavors are added; it delivers a pure, natural taste experience.
.For storage, coffee should be kept away from moisture and sunlight. It should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container to preserve its flavor and aroma for a longer time.
.The product contains no preservatives and has a shelf life of 3 months.
.The product is all-natural
